If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Returns are only allowed for items damaged during shipping.
You may return a damaged package within 14 business days of the original shipping date. Once we receive your return, we will send you a new shipment at no additional charge or, if the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or in-store credit. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase only if a replacement product cannot be provided
All customized items are considered final purchases and are non-refundable, but in case of damage a second shipment will be made.
