Orders

How can I place an order?

To place an order on Sacwebphoto.it, browse the catalog and select the product you wish to purchase. Add it to your cart, then click the cart icon at the top right to proceed to checkout. Complete your purchase by following the instructions and entering the required shipping and payment information.

Can I cancel or modify an order after confirming it?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel it by promptly contacting our customer service team (servizio.clienti@sacwebphoto.it) before the order is processed. We recommend acting quickly to avoid the order entering the production phase.

How can I check the status of my order?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your print enters production, we’ll send you an update email with all the details.

As soon as your order is ready and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the shipment in real time until delivery.

Is what I see on the website exactly what I’ll receive?

Every ordered image goes through a professional digital restoration process.The version displayed online is a preliminary file.The final print is perfectly restored.

Why is the image restored before printing?

Digital restoration preserves the authenticity of the artwork while improving its visual quality.Many posters or archive images show signs of aging: we carefully remove these marks while keeping tones and original textures intact

Can I purchase a specific poster that’s not in the catalog?

Yes! If you’re looking for a specific film poster that you can’t find on the website, contact us. In many cases, we can recover the original image or create a print on request, in full respect of copyright regulations.

What happens if I enter incorrect information?

If you entered incorrect details such as your address, email, or phone number, contact our customer service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your information before your order is processed.However, if the incorrect details affect delivery and the order has already been processed, any additional costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

On Sacwebphoto.it we accept Paypal payments, credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are safe and protected.

Is cash on delivery available?

No.

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can request an invoice during checkout. In the “Billing Information” section, simply tick the box “I request an invoice”: this will automatically display the field where you can enter your Tax Code (required to issue the document).

Once the order is completed, the invoice will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Order Issues

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately by emailing servizio.clienti@sacwebphoto.it, attaching photos of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll assess the situation and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, check your confirmation email for tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at servizio.clienti@sacwebphoto.it with your order number and we’ll follow up with the courier.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive a product that’s different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide your order number along with a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of the mistake as quickly as possible by sending the correct product or arranging a return.

How can I return a product?

To return a product, send a request to info@sacwebphoto.it within 14 days from the delivery date. We’ll provide all necessary instructions.Please note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Shipping

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 8–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

How are the prints packaged for shipping?

Each print is carefully protected in a rigid tube or reinforced cardboard packaging, depending on the material. We use strong, eco-friendly materials to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition.

How can I track my shipment?

You’ll receive all tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Rights to Images

How can I request usage rights for an image?

You can request usage rights directly from the image page: below the “Add to Cart” button you’ll find a link to submit your request.Alternatively, you can contact us at info@sacwebphoto.it.

Can I use purchased images for commercial purposes?

Purchased images cannot be resold or sublicensed. For any commercial use, you must request and purchase a specific license.

When do I need a usage license?

A license is required when the image is displayed in commercial spaces, published in books, magazines, websites, or used in advertising campaigns. In general, any public or profit-driven use requires a license.

What happens if I use an image without purchasing the rights?

Using an image without acquiring the necessary rights constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal penalties.

Discounts and Promotions

How does the discount of up to 40% work if I order multiple items?

You can save up to 40% by adding multiple items to the same order. Only the first item, or the one with the highest price, will be charged at full price, while the following items will automatically receive a discount visible in your cart.

Is the discount automatically applied to the cart?

Yes, the discount is automatically calculated by the system when you add more than one product.There is no need to enter any promotional code: you will see the updated price directly in your cart.

How can I know how much I am saving?

In the cart summary, before checkout, you will find the details of all applied discounts

Can I combine this discount with other promotional codes or coupons?

Partially. You can combine the automatic cart discount with one additional code only, choosing between: a partner code or a promotional coupon provided by us.

The two codes cannot be combined with each other, but both can be applied together with the cart discount.

Are all prints available for immediate delivery?

No, each print is made exclusively upon request. This means it is restored and printed only at the time of order, offering the possibility of customization.

Who carries out the digital restoration of the images?

The digital restoration is performed manually by our specialized technicians, who work on every detail using professional digital tools to ensure maximum fidelity and quality.

What print quality do you guarantee after digital restoration?

Each restored poster is printed in high resolution (HD) on selected materials, with vivid colors, realistic textures, and accurate details.The result is even more faithful to the original than the first printed version of the poster.
