By requesting a print or license via e-mail from www.sacwebphoto.it, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If the client is considering this agreement on behalf of his or her own employee, the concessions, as well as the restrictions and limitations contained herein, apply as much to the employee as to the client, representing him or her.

The User agrees to indemnify SacWebphoto against any claims, complaints, or damages arising from improper use of the images, including damages due to intellectual property rights violations.

These General Conditions of Use are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
